This is one of the early books and has nutrition and exercise information included. There are a couple of recipes I am interested to try. The previous owner had flagged a Mexican salad that looks good.

This is a delightfully easy to follow low fat cookbook. I haven't found one recipe that is not a "keeper". My 47 year old husband recently had a heart attack and we have had to make major adjustments in our diet. This cookbook made it easy and delicious

I am not a great cook and can't always take the time to try new recipes, but the photos got me inspired and the recipes kept me going. The recipes are easy enough for everyday use. My daughter is learning how to cook and this is a great book for her to start with. Now I'm checking out the other Cooking Light cookbooks.
