(More customer reviews)I have a whole collection of cookbooks, many of which have only given me one or two good recipes. This book, however is in a class by itself: I can honestly say I've never made anything from this book that wasn't a total success, earning rave reviews from my dinner guests. It has provided me with half a dozen menus that have become standbys in my repertoire for entertaining. I simply can't praise it enough to do it justice.
