After several years of suffering from a poor quality of health (due to chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, candida among other health challenges...), this book inspired me to take the next step to acheiving amazing health. The student testimonials gave me the courage to take responsibility for my own health challenges.
Brenda Cobb's book highlights common sense logic about how good health can be achieved and maintained. The simple and easy lifestyle she describes (through her research based on Ann Wigmore) and her own healing of cancer, allergies and digestive challenges is empowering. With discipline, an open mind and heart, the healing can begin for you as it has for me.

I can finally say I have energy...these are words that I haven't been able to say in over seven years. I am able to experience the joy of being a mother and wife without the intense and disabling pain I'd feel throughout my body due to fibromyalgia & migraines.
