(More customer reviews)I really love this cookbook. I've been a subscriber to Cooking Light on and off the last few years and this cookbook seems to contain the best of the best of the magazine's recipes, at least in my opinion. When I read the magazine, I am always drawn to the recipes that feature the freshest ingredients, especially produce. I love the bright colors and fresh, vibrant tastes of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The recipes featuring those ingredients are precisely the ones you will find in this book. For example, I came home from the grocery with some fresh rhubarb last week because it had just come into season and looked great, but I had no clue what to do with it. I checked the index of this book, found a few recipes featuring rhubarb, gave one a try, and it was fabulous. This book is a great resource for making the most of the season's best.
