(More customer reviews)I bought this book for my in-laws after a frustrating search through the bookstore and Amazon. So few diabetic cookbooks have any pictures at all, let alone a lot of pictures. The recipes here seem pretty good and simple, and most recipes have a picture for them as well. For my mother-in-law, simple with pictures is exactly what she needs. Nobody every comments on photos either, so I thought that was an important note for this cookbook.
