(More customer reviews)Comfort Food with a Light Touch is not a diet cookbook by any means, but what I do like about this book is the tips it gives for cutting fat. Inside the front cover, there's ideas on lowering the fat in recipes by adjusting the ingredients or using alternatives, and also on how to change your cooking techniques. It also includes information about the difference in fats- saturated, monounsaturated, etc. I often find this type of information can be confusing, so it was nice to find it in an easy-to-read (& understand) format.
