(More customer reviews)Another hit from Rose. We think this is the best one yet. It is a GREAT cookbook, easy to read, lots of information and fabulous recipes. We have tried 10+ and they have all been hits. The Caesar Potato Salad and Wild and Brown Rice Salad with Dried Fruit are SOOO good. We have had both Lemon Chicken Recipes and they too are amazing.It is our "go to" book almost on a daily basis. A great addition to any bookshelf.
