Really common sense changes. Substitutions like skim milk instead of whole milk, light butter, and Splenda would be normal. A little disappointed the book was so simple. Would have been nicer if there was calorie, fat, etc information. It seems incomplete. If you've never cooked it's simple enough to use. But if you can figure out to use light butter instead of regular then don't buy it.
