(More customer reviews)I felt I got my money's worth out of this book because I've tried several of the recipes and they all came out pretty good (affirmed by my husband and 2 year old too). It ranges from comfort food classics like Minestrone soup and baked Cavatelli to the slighty unusual but creative Pasta Pizza and Spinach and Orzo Pie. Also there are recipes with Greek and Asian influences, soups and pasta salads. Pictures accompany each recipe which is another feature I liked. Pasta cooking tips are in the back.
