(More customer reviews)This is by far the best cook book in preparing Greek food. Sofi's recipies are light, tasty and easy. Even the native born and raised marvel at the dishes that I have prepared. And Sofi's delightful stories about life in Greece of her family introduce each recipe giving it an even more interesting ingredient, that of the history of the cuisine.
