(More customer reviews)I just started cooking religiously when I got married, and I never realized how many recipes from very expensive cookbooks could be so undesirable. But.... Not this time! This book is fantastic! The recipes are easy to prepare, with ingredients that are easy to find, and although the food is low-fat, it is delicious. Now, I'm on ........ to find more cookbooks by the same author(s). Buy "Light Cooking"; it will not disappoint.
