If you love chicken, this is the only cookbook you need. If you like chicken, buy this book and you will soon love chicken!! The recipes are very easy, but look and taste like difficult gourmet recipes. I own/operate 2 businesses and am getting a third one off the ground. I don't have a lot of time to cook, but these recipes are easy, quick, and delicious. My husband thinks I reinvented chicken thanks to Ms. Wadey's wonderful collection of recipes.
