(More customer reviews)There is very little to commend this book. The recipes are largely uninteresting and only vaguely Chinese. The few pictures that are provided for various recipes are actually almost unappetizing. I dislike the word 'authentic' when applied to cuisine but it really strikes me that the authors of this book have just cobbled together a group of recipes that represent their rather limited impression of what constitutes Chinese food.
