Every recipe (each one triple-tested) is a gem, and I have enjoyed working my way through the selections. I was surprised to find that I could not purchase this book on the Cooking Light or Oxmoor House publishers websites -so I am particularly happy to find it here (at a discount!)as I want to give this book as a cherished gift to special deserving friends. If you love soups and stews, you would be hard tested to find a cookbook offering such delicious and easy recipes -and as a bonus -in lighter, healthier versions, than this one.
